I like Thursdays. They are good. With the exception of the end of week homework still to be done, they are fantastic days. Tomorrow is the last day before the weekend and tonight.... tonightt.... Tonight is the night we play dodgeball.

A couple years back, some of my good friends (who have since graduated) were tired of just playing video games and watching movies every night, so they started having night time gymborees. This has turned into a well known dodgeball event once a week. We have anywhere from 20 to 80 people show up for the craziest show of ball throwing you have ever seen. Its a great way to get out some of that late night energy, and everyone is welcome.

Also, this weekend is Homecoming. Our sports teams all play a game, and there are festivities and clubs and raffles and food and all sorts of good stuff everywhere. I have had the honor of being nominated by my peers to homecoming court, which I am pretty excited for. Eastern has so many stand-up guys and gals, I am more than honored to just be chosen.

Well, its about that time, time to dodge, duck, dip, dive, and dodge. Until next time.

Byyyyeeeee.

Its official. I know the date had passed a while ago, but for the most part the weather didn't agree.

I woke up this morning to a damp day with a temperature of 55 degrees. Ahh. Fall is finally here.

In case you couldn't tell, fall is my favorite season. The cooler temperatures, changing colors, and crisp scent (yes, I do think there is a smell to Fall) all make up the best time of year.

My morning is currently being spent in Jammin' Java, the best place on campus to get a coffee. I am also enjoying an easy riser breakfast sandwich from the Eagle's Nest, the best deal for breakfast anywhere around. I love having somewhere chill to spend my mornings, catch up on homework, and see my friends.

Speaking of homework, I should finish that reading for class...

Until next time. Peace up.. A-town down?

So here we go..

Welcome! Thanks for reading. I'm Josh. Two things about me: I love coffee and conversation.

Eastern University is where I have spent the past 3 years of my life. I can honestly say that it has been an unforgettable time. I'm already looking back with so much nostalgia and looking forward into the next step of my life with excitement. Eastern is just one of those places that seems to change people. Well, maybe change isn't the best word.. I'm looking something along the lines of that old adage "bring out the best in you" (I can't remember if it came from an Army commercial or a mayonnaise commercial..), nonetheless, Eastern has profoundly affected me for the better. So far, my Senior year has been pretty busy workload-wise, but so enjoyable.

Time to run to dinner with my hall, but I'll be posting more later. Peace and love.
