The Fall Semester has officially picked up now that we are reaching mid terms.
Professors have a great knack of making all big papers and tests coincide with other classes big work. I personally don't mind this because it means I get all my work done at once and get more free time to play!!!

This Monday and Tuesday I have I believe six major papers due. That is life. After that it is Fall Free days and I have no work due so I get to enjoy my free days to the fullest. It is all a part of the college experience wherever you go.

As for dinner dates. I went on one tonight. An old friend of mine from home visited and we went to Manilla's (the local diner) and ate tasty and cheap food. We talked and we hugged. It was great and it is always so nice to be able to spend time with loved ones off campus. My brother-in-law is coming to visit tomorrow and this weekend is Homecoming weekend which means the campus will be PACKED with parents, siblings, estranged relatives and friends. It should prove to be an awesome and busy weekend.

As for dates...they are a fruit. That is all for today. I hope this beautiful weather keeps up.

It Is officially the Fall concert season in Philly!!!!

It all began with The Tallest Man on Earth playing that the Theater of Living Arts this past Saturday, October 2nd. It was such a good experience getting together with a bunch of my friends and driving into Philadelphia in our hipster gear and getting front row at a 15 dollar show.

On a note not related to concerts, the night before the show a whole group of Easterners headed into Lancaster City for First Fridays and just walked around to see different art galleries, get coffee, and try some homemade ice cream. It was just a great night and we made sure to pick up some Sonic on the way back to campus.

Back to concerts: There are at least two more shows that I cannot wait for this Fall. The first is Matt & Kim who will be playing in two weeks for a cheap 18 dollars. The last show and possibly the highlight to my semester is my favorite band which will be performing on November 9th at the Electric Factory. That band is Mumford and Sons. I simply just cannot wait.

I am realizing now more than my freshman year just how much there is to do in the areas surrounding Eastern. There is no deficit of culture or fun adventures to be discovered. Until I have more updates about other crazy experiences here at EU enjoy this Fall weather my friends.

Hey all! I am the dude on the left in purple. I just so happen to be a Sophomore double major in English-Writing and Communications, a member of the Leadership Grant Program and the co-founder of Eastern's radio station...Oh, and did I mention I'm from Jersey?
